MTAR Technologies Q1 FY27 Results

MTAR Technologies reported a strong operational performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations increased 130.4 per cent YoY to Rs 360.72 crore from Rs 156.58 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged 355 per cent YoY to Rs 67.40 crore from Rs 14.81 crore, while net profit jumped 364.4 per cent YoY to Rs 50.23 crore from Rs 10.81 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) increased to Rs 16.33 from Rs 3.52 in the year-ago period.

MTAR Technologies Operational Performance

The sharp improvement in earnings was supported by strong execution and operating leverage. Finance costs increased to Rs 15.85 crore from Rs 5.82 crore, resulting from higher business activity, while employee benefit expenses rose to Rs 46.52 crore from Rs 34.32 crore. Total expenses increased in line with the scale-up in operations; however, profitability expanded significantly due to higher revenue growth and improved operating performance.

Major Order Increased to Rs 3,100 Crore

In a separate exchange filing, the company announced that a purchase order received from an existing customer has been amended. The total order value has been increased from USD 238.76 million (approximately Rs 2,278.96 crore) to USD 324.62 million (approximately Rs 3,100.09 crore).

The amendment adds an incremental order worth USD 85.86 million, equivalent to approximately Rs 819.94 crore, further strengthening the company's order pipeline. The customer's identity has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations.

During its board meeting, the company approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY27. The board also approved the re-appointment of Rohith Loka Reddy and Anushman Reddy as directors retiring by rotation, subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026. The company also approved its Directors' Report, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR), Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) and Corporate Governance Report for FY26.
