Amber Enterprises reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 4,147.51 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 3,755.70 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a growth of around 10 per cent YoY.
Total income stood at Rs 4,176.14 crore during the quarter compared to Rs 3,777.86 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Profit before Tax came in at Rs 211.31 crore during Q4FY26 as against Rs 188.59 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a growth of around 12 per cent YoY.
Profit for the period stood at Rs 161.96 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 118.42 crore reported in the year-ago quarter, registering a growth of around 37 per cent YoY. Profit attributable to equity holders of the holding company came in at Rs 133.88 crore during Q4FY26 as against Rs 116.07 crore reported in Q4FY25.
Amber Enterprises FY26 Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Amber Enterprises reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 13,164.67 crore as against Rs 9,973.02 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 32 per cent YoY.
Total income stood at Rs 13,306.63 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 10,040.58 crore reported in the previous financial year. The company reported profit before tax of Rs 336.42 crore in FY26 as against Rs 369.96 crore reported in FY25.
Profit for the period stood at Rs 226.45 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 261.15 crore reported in the previous financial year. Profit attributable to equity holders of the holding company came in at Rs 177.65 crore during FY26.

Amber Enterprises stated that growth during the quarter was supported by continued demand in the room air conditioner segment, expansion in electronics division and increasing contribution from component manufacturing businesses.
The company also continued strengthening its consumer durable and electronics manufacturing ecosystem through backward integration, product diversification and capacity expansion initiatives.
