According to the filing, the Board will consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the audit report issued by the statutory auditors.
The company further stated that the Board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for FY26 and proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company.
