✨ AI Powered Summary
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co Ltd (ICICI Pro AMC) results are out, reflecting a strong performance for FY26 driven by robust revenue growth and improved operating efficiency. The company reported healthy year-on-year gains across key financial metrics, although sequential performance showed some moderation in profitability.
Annual Performance Overview (FY26 vs FY25)
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co Ltd delivered a strong financial performance in FY26 on a yearly basis, with robust growth across key parameters. Revenue from operations increased by 23.1 per cent, reaching Rs 57,646.3 million compared to Rs 46,827.8 million in FY25, indicating sustained business momentum and healthy demand conditions.
This strong top-line growth translated into even stronger operational efficiency, as operating profit grew by 28.9 per cent, outpacing revenue growth. This reflects improved cost management and scalability in operations. Consequently, profit after Tax (PAT) rose by 24.4 per cent to Rs 32,982.6 million, demonstrating solid overall profitability.
Quarter-on-Quarter Performance (Q4 FY26 vs Q3 FY26)
However, when viewed from a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) perspective, performance shows signs of moderation. Revenue remained largely flat in Q4 FY26 at Rs 15,170.1 million, compared to Rs 15,146.7 million in Q3 FY26 (up only 0.2 per cent), while profitability declined.
Profit before tax fell by 14.8 per cent to Rs 10,385.7 million from Rs 12,188.0 million, and PAT declined by 16.8 per cent to Rs 7,634.2 million from Rs 9,170.9 million, primarily due to a drop in other income (to negative Rs 892.8 million from Rs 1,089.1 million) and an increase in certain expense heads.
Dividend Highlights
The company continues to maintain a strong shareholder return profile. For FY26, the total dividend includes a proposed final dividend of Rs 12.4 per share, subject to shareholder approval. With this, the company has maintained a high dividend payout ratio of 81 per cent in FY26.
