Kajaria Ceramics Q1 FY27 Results

On a consolidated basis, Kajaria Ceramics reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,328.08 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with Rs 1,102.74 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a 20.4 per cent YoY growth.

Net profit attributable to the owners of the parent rose to Rs 169.46 crore from Rs 108.98 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 55.5 per cent YoY increase.

According to the company's investor presentation, EBITDA increased to Rs 260.33 crore from Rs 184.63 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 19.60 per cent during the quarter. Tile sales volume grew 6 per cent YoY, while consolidated revenue rose 20 per cent, supported primarily by price increases.

Rs 165 Crore Capacity Expansion

The Board of Directors approved a brownfield expansion at the company's Gailpur, Rajasthan manufacturing facility by adding 11 million square metres (MSM) of annual glazed vitrified tile capacity.

The expansion will involve an investment of approximately Rs 165 crore, funded through internal accruals, and is expected to be completed by April 2027. The additional capacity is intended to meet the growing demand for glazed vitrified tiles.

Renewable Energy Investment

The Board also approved an investment of up to Rs 12.15 crore in Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited for captive solar and wind power consumption at its Rajasthan plants. The investment is aimed at reducing power costs while increasing the use of renewable energy.
