Vedanta Board Meeting Scheduled on 29 April for Q4FY26 Results

Vedanta has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company has also scheduled an earnings conference call on the same day from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST following the declaration of results.

The company further stated that the trading window for dealing in securities by designated persons remains closed from April 1, 2026 to May 1, 2026 in compliance with SEBI insider trading regulations.

Vedanta Share Price Performance

Vedanta has delivered strong returns across multiple time frames. The stock has gained 15.17 per cent over the past one month, surged 50.09 per cent over the last six months, and rallied 81.24 per cent over the past one year.

The company currently commands a market capitalisation of Rs 2,94,980 crore and is trading at a stock P/E of 26.8. Vedanta has also been maintaining a healthy Dividend payout of 243 per cent.
