In FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 105 crore and net profit of Rs 6 crore.

The company has recently secured the exclusive Master Franchise rights for Wing Zone, an internationally recognised quick service restaurant (QSR) brand specialising in chicken-based offerings. Led by Chairperson Mr Mohan Karjela, the Company plans to lead the nationwide development, operations, and expansion of Wing Zone in India, utilising a strategic mix of high-street outlets and cloud kitchens.
