Navin Fluorine Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, Navin Fluorine reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,045.08 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 725.40 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a 44.1 per cent year-on-year growth. Total revenue increased 46.1 per cent YoY to Rs 1,080.17 crore from Rs 739.31 crore.

The company's profit before Tax (PBT) rose to Rs 318.36 crore from Rs 155.11 crore, reflecting a 105.2 per cent YoY growth, while profit after tax (PAT) increased to Rs 243.31 crore from Rs 117.17 crore, registering a 107.7 per cent YoY growth. Basic earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs 47.45 from Rs 23.63 in the year-ago quarter.

Navin Fluorine Board Approves Rs 90 Crore Capital Expenditure

Along with the Quarterly Results, the Board approved a capital expenditure of Rs 90 crore for establishing adoption capacities to progress products forming part of the company's Advanced Materials portfolio from laboratory scale to commercial-scale qualification at its Surat manufacturing unit.

The proposed project will be funded entirely through internal accruals and is targeted to be completed by Q2 FY28. According to the company, the investment aims to incubate a new value-accretive business vertical as a future growth driver while augmenting capabilities to cater to commercial-scale qualification supplies.
