1. Phoenix Mills Ltd

During FY26, PML delivered an all-time high retail consumption of ~Rs 16,578 crore, achieved entirely from the existing portfolio, with no new mall additions. The office portfolio scaled up meaningfully, with gross leasing of over 2.2 msft, driving significant occupancy improvement across the entire platform. Hospitality performance remained resilient despite a tougher operating environment, while residential sales more than doubled year-on-year.

Phoenix Mills Ltd closed at Rs 1,597.00, up by Rs 42.30.

2. Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd

Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd (PPFL) had earlier announced the Asset Purchase Agreement on March 20, 2024, structured in two phases. The first phase included the acquisition of the Aquel brand along with moulds, dies and related intellectual property, enabling the Company to initiate the integration of the bathware portfolio within its product offering.

Accordingly, the Company today announced the completion of the second phase of the Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) with Klaus Waren Fixtures Private Ltd, relating to the acquisition of identified assets of Klaus Waren Fixtures Private Ltd.

Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd ended the day at Rs 228.40, gaining Rs 1.21.

3. Ola Electric Mobility Ltd

Ola Electric has today announced the readiness of its in-house developed Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell*, marking a key milestone in its mission to accelerate electric mobility and establish a full-stack energy ecosystem. Developed as part of Ola’s vertically integrated battery innovation efforts, the new 46100-format LFP cell is larger than the current NMC 4680 Bharat Cell and represents a significant step forward in scale, cost efficiency, and suitability across both mobility and energy storage applications. It will begin to be incorporated into Ola’s products from the next quarter.

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd fell to Rs 28.83, down Rs 0.36.
