The company said revenues remained largely stable during the quarter, although profitability remained below management expectations due to higher input and operating costs.

During the quarter, cotton and polyester yarn prices increased by 15–20 per cent, while packaging material costs rose by 70–80 per cent. The company also faced higher labour and operating expenses along with a significant increase in domestic and international freight costs. Supply chain disruptions and uncertainty arising from the Middle East conflict further affected input costs and market sentiment.

Debt Reduction and Capacity Expansion

The company's balance sheet shows a sustained reduction in borrowings over the years. Borrowings declined from Rs 319 crore in March 2015 to Rs 80 crore in March 2026, representing a reduction of around 75 per cent. On a year-on-year basis, borrowings also declined from Rs 89 crore in March 2025 to Rs 80 crore in March 2026, indicating continued deleveraging.

Alongside debt reduction, T.T. Limited is undertaking capacity expansion at its Howrah garment facility. The company plans to double its stitching capacity from 150 machines to approximately 300 machines over the next three months, with additional space already available within the existing premises.

TTL New Customer Additions

The company continues to focus on expanding its customer base by developing new business relationships and onboarding large-scale institutional and retail customers. During the quarter, T.T. Limited added D'Mart and CSD (Canteen Stores Department) to its customer portfolio.

Its existing customer base includes V-Mart, Vishal Mega Mart, V2 Retail, Police Canteens and other institutional and retail customers. The company expects these additions to strengthen its market reach and distribution network.
