NHC Foods reported revenue from operations of Rs 369.69 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 234.54 per cent YoY growth compared with Rs 110.51 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA stood at Rs 21.29 crore, up 512.43 per cent from Rs 3.48 crore in the corresponding quarter.

The company's unaudited consolidated profit for the year stood at Rs 16.99 crore in Q1 FY27 compared with Rs 1.67 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a 919.81 per cent YoY increase. Basic EPS also increased to Rs 0.26 per share from Rs 0.03 per share in the year-ago quarter.

NHC Foods FY26 Financial Performance

For FY26, NHC Foods reported revenue from operations of Rs 601.31 crore, compared with Rs 347.88 crore in FY25, registering a 72.85 per cent YoY growth. EBITDA increased to Rs 21.95 crore from Rs 16.42 crore, representing a 33.68 per cent YoY increase.

The company reported profit for the year of Rs 12.32 crore for FY26, while basic EPS stood at Rs 0.20 per share.

Capital Base Strengthened Through FCCB Conversion

NHC Foods recently strengthened its capital base through the allotment of 10,41,77,040 fully paid-up equity shares to M/s Global Focus Fund following the partial conversion of 11 FCCBs aggregating to US$11 lakh.

Following the conversion, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 76.19 crore.

Expansion into Agri Commodities

In another strategic development, the Board approved and signed a Letter of Intent for the proposed investment and acquisition of Agriconnect Solutions Private Limited. The company is engaged in the supply and trading of agri commodities.

The proposed transaction is aimed at expanding NHC Foods' presence in the agri commodities segment and diversifying its business operations further.
