Lenskart Solutions reported a strong performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with consolidated revenue from operations rising 43.27 per cent YoY to Rs 2,714.18 crore from Rs 1,894.46 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit after tax surged 273.43 per cent YoY to Rs 228.43 crore from the actual reported PAT of Rs 61.17 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the holding company increased to Rs 221.84 crore from Rs 60.08 crore in Q1 FY26.

India segment revenue stood at Rs 1,530.82 crore compared with Rs 1,169.18 crore in Q1 FY26, while international revenue increased to Rs 1,203.29 crore from Rs 736.45 crore. Segment profit before tax from India increased to Rs 183.28 crore from Rs 119.55 crore, while the international business reported a profit before tax of Rs 103.67 crore compared with a loss of Rs 11.40 crore in the corresponding quarter.
Expansion and Acquisitions
During the quarter, Lenskart Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, acquired a 50 per cent stake in Marco Optical (Thailand) Co. Ltd. for Rs 7.08 crore. Marco Optical is engaged in the manufacturing of frames. The company also approved the acquisition of an additional equity stake in Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited, a joint venture between Lenskart Solutions and Geng Yongchao.
The company also approved the incorporation of OWNDAYS Korea, a wholly owned subsidiary of OWNDAYS Singapore and a step-down subsidiary of Lenskart Solutions. The proposed entity will undertake the import, wholesale distribution and franchise support of eyewear and optical products in South Korea. The initial investment proposed by OWNDAYS Singapore is KRW 300 million, approximately Rs 2.02 crore.

Lenskart further approved the incorporation of Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co., Ltd in China as a step-down subsidiary through Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited. The proposed entity will undertake trading, import, export and procurement of spectacle frames and allied optical products. The proposed initial cash subscription is RMB 1 million, approximately Rs 1.41 crore.
