Profit before Tax stood at Rs 621 crore during Q4FY26 compared to Rs 1,020 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Consolidated profit after tax came in at Rs 1,981 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 728 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a sharp growth of around 172 per cent YoY. Total comprehensive income stood at Rs 2,007 crore during the quarter compared to Rs 627 crore reported in the year-ago period. Quarterly earnings per share stood at Rs 9.90 compared to Rs 3.64 reported in Q4FY25.
HUDCO FY26 Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, HUDCO reported consolidated total income from operations of Rs 13,150 crore as against Rs 10,311 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 28 per cent YoY.
The company reported consolidated profit before tax of Rs 3,221 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 3,637 crore reported in FY25.
Consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 4,034 crore during FY26 as against Rs 2,709 crore reported in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of around 49 per cent YoY.
Total comprehensive income came in at Rs 3,477 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 2,544 crore reported in FY25.
Annual earnings per share stood at Rs 20.15 compared to Rs 13.53 reported in the previous financial year.
Dividend Announcement
HUDCO’s Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The final dividend is in addition to the four interim dividends already declared during FY26.
Financial Position
The company’s net worth increased to Rs 21,975 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 17,968 crore reported in the previous financial year. Outstanding debt stood at Rs 1,41,390 crore, while the debt-equity ratio stood at 6.43 during FY26.
