Q&T Foods Limited, a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer and distributor of savoury bakery products, will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on August 12, 2026. The fixed-price issue will close on August 14, 2026, with the company targeting a listing on the BSE SME platform. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 22,82,400 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 2,400 shares and in multiples of 1,200 shares thereafter. At the issue price, the minimum investment required is Rs 2.76 lakh. There is no offer for sale component. The issue includes a Market Maker Reservation of 1,15,200 shares, while 21,67,200 shares will constitute the net issue to the public.
Q&T Foods plans to deploy the IPO proceeds towards strengthening its manufacturing and financial position. Around Rs 4.42 crore, or 16.85 per cent of the net proceeds, will be used for installing machinery at its existing plant. Another Rs 7.50 crore, representing 28.57 per cent, is earmarked for working capital requirements, while Rs 6.75 crore, or 25.72 per cent, will be used for loan repayment. The company will allocate Rs 3.92 crore towards general corporate purposes and Rs 3.66 crore towards issue-related expenses.
The company reported strong financial growth in FY26. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 54.78 crore from Rs 46.83 crore in FY25. Profit after Tax rose 90.11 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5.20 crore from Rs 2.74 crore, while profit before tax increased to Rs 6.95 crore from Rs 3.69 crore. The improvement reflects higher revenue and better profitability during the year.
Established in 2018, Q&T Foods manufactures and sells breads, buns, pizza bases, kulcha and other bakery products under its flagship 'American Bakers' brand. Its manufacturing facility in Dasna, Ghaziabad, is ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certified. The company distributes its products through a dealer-led network of more than 50 dealers.
Q&T Foods said the IPO will help expand manufacturing capabilities, improve operational efficiency, strengthen working capital and support loan repayment. The company expects these investments to help it address rising demand for packaged bakery products and support its next phase of growth.
Corporate Makers Capital Limited is the lead manager for the IPO, while Skyline Financial Services Private Limited is the registrar. The company's proposed listing on the BSE SME platform will provide an avenue for investors to participate in its expansion plans and growth strategy.
