The company commenced partial commercial operations at Plant III with effect from August 30, 2026.
Plant III to Manufacture Precision Components
The new facility is located at Gat No. 382, 383, 386, 387 and 312, Village Amberthan, Taluka Khed, District Pune, Maharashtra.
According to the company, the plant is designed to manufacture fully finished cylinder heads, EGR housings, inlet pipes and other SKUs.
The proposed capacity of the facility, as stated in the company's RHP, includes a melting capacity of 15,000 tonnes per annum and a casting capacity of 6,600 tonnes per annum.
Following the partial implementation, the installed capacity currently stands at 3,600 tonnes per annum for melting and 1,500 tonnes per annum for casting.

₹24 Crore Invested So Far
Poojaa Precision Engineering said it has invested approximately Rs 24 crore in the facility so far. The project has been funded through a combination of equity, internal accruals and debt.
The company expects the facility to contribute approximately Rs 75 crore per annum to its turnover once operations scale up.
The additional capacity from the current commencement of operations has not been specified, as the company has described the facility as being under partial implementation.
