Apollo Micro Systems informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on July 6, 2026, at the company's registered office in Hyderabad to consider raising funds through the issue of equity shares and/or convertible securities, including warrants, on a preferential basis.
The proposal will be considered in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, including the determination of the issue price and other terms and conditions, subject to the necessary statutory, regulatory and shareholder approvals.
Trading Window Closure
The company also informed that, in accordance with its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The restriction also applies to the proposed preferential issue.

According to the latest June 2026 shareholding pattern, promoter holding stood at 50.27 per cent, while Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake to 6.21 per cent from 3.63 per cent in the March 2026 quarter. Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 1.76 per cent of the company.
