Gross profit increased 39.9 per cent YoY to Rs 121 crore from Rs 86.5 crore, while the gross profit margin improved to 47.2 per cent from 44.6 per cent.

Download Service BrochureOn an adjusted basis, which excludes the non-cash net monetary loss arising from the application of Ind AS 29 to the company's Turkish operations, EBITDA increased 49.8 per cent YoY to Rs 72.5 crore from Rs 48.4 crore. The adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 28.3 per cent, compared with 24.9 per cent in Q1 FY26.
Adjusted profit after Tax (PAT) rose 46.9 per cent YoY to Rs 54.5 crore from Rs 37.1 crore, while adjusted PAT margin improved to 21.3 per cent from 19.1 per cent. Adjusted diluted EPS increased 74.4 per cent YoY to Rs 5.44 from Rs 3.12.
On a reported basis, EBITDA stood at Rs 64.7 crore and PAT stood at Rs 46.7 crore. The difference was primarily due to a Rs 7.82 crore non-cash net monetary loss arising from the application of Ind AS 29 to the company's Turkish operations.
Order Book Stands at Rs 1,946 Crore
The company's consolidated order book stood at Rs 1,945.5 crore as of June 30, 2026, equivalent to approximately 1.9 times FY26 consolidated revenue, providing visibility across FY27 and beyond. The order book is diversified across geographies and technology segments and includes long-cycle projects involving global utilities, transmission system operators, OEMs and EPC contractors.
During the quarter, Quality Power disclosed order wins worth Rs 104.9 crore. These included Rs 48.3 crore of high-voltage reactors for a data-centre project in the United States, Rs 40.9 crore FACTS system and equipment order secured by Endoks in Japan, and Rs 15.70 crore of 400 kV instrument transformer orders secured by Mehru from Hitachi Energy India Limited.
Acquisition and Capacity Expansion
The proposed acquisition of Winwin Speciality Insulators Limited is progressing following the execution of a term sheet in June 2026. Quality Power proposes to acquire 100 per cent of the equity share capital at an enterprise value of approximately Rs 315 crore, subject to due diligence, requisite approvals and other closing conditions.
The company's Sangli manufacturing expansion is on track, with machinery installation underway and trial production targeted for August 2026, subject to regulatory clearances. The HVDC CTC magnet wire facility is also progressing as planned, with machinery installation scheduled to commence in August 2026. Meanwhile, the Endoks facility expansion in Turkey is advancing, with civil Construction completed and interior fit-out underway.
Interim Dividend Announced
The company has also declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share for FY27, reflecting its focus on shareholder returns.

He highlighted the adjusted EBITDA growth of 49.8 per cent to Rs 72.5 crore and adjusted PAT growth of 46.9 per cent to Rs 54.5 crore, supported by continued execution momentum and sustained demand for high-voltage and energy-transition solutions.
He further highlighted the company's orders for high-voltage reactors for a US data-centre project, a FACTS system and equipment order in Japan, and multiple 400 kV instrument transformer orders in India.
