South West Pinnacle Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, income from operations increased 53.48 per cent YoY to Rs 617 million in Q1 FY27 from Rs 402 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

EBITDA surged 156.90 per cent YoY to Rs 149 million from Rs 58 million, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 24 per cent from 14 per cent a year earlier.

Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 287.50 per cent YoY to Rs 93 million from Rs 24 million, with the PAT margin improving to 15 per cent from 6 per cent in Q1 FY26.

Operational Highlights

During the quarter, the company commenced execution of its largest-ever order worth Rs 307 crore in Rajasthan and secured an extension of its Coal Bed Methane (CBM) contract from Reliance Industries Limited valued at over Rs 166 crore.

The company's order book reached an all-time high of Rs 761 crore, providing strong revenue visibility over the short to medium term. It was also empanelled by Oil India Limited for providing 2D and 3D Seismic Data Acquisition Services across the company's onshore assets.

South West Pinnacle completed exploration activities at its Jharkhand coal block, with the Geological Report (GR) currently under preparation. The company also completed an airborne survey under its second joint venture in Oman, while participating in the rights issue of Alara Resources Limited, Australia, to strengthen its strategic investment. During the quarter, the company successfully operated 20 projects across eight states without any loss-time injuries.
