Om Freight Reports Q1 FY27 Financial Results
Om Freight Forwarders reported revenue from operations of Rs 193.35 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 94.43 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a growth of 105 per cent YoY. Revenue also increased 29 per cent sequentially from Rs 149.54 crore in Q4 FY26. The company said the strong revenue growth during the quarter was driven by its project cargo business.

Download Service BrochureEBITDA increased 104 per cent YoY to Rs 11.29 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 5.52 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBITDA margin stood at 5.84 per cent compared with 5.85 per cent in Q1 FY26, while the margin improved by 110 basis points sequentially from 4.74 per cent in Q4 FY26.
Profit after Tax increased 126 per cent YoY to Rs 7.30 crore from Rs 3.23 crore in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, PAT increased 78 per cent from Rs 4.11 crore in Q4 FY26. PAT margin improved to 3.78 per cent from 3.42 per cent in Q1 FY26 and 2.75 per cent in Q4 FY26.
