Savita Oil Technologies Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

Savita Oil Technologies reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,479.76 crore in Q1 FY27, up 49.6 per cent YoY from Rs 989.12 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 20.9 per cent from Rs 1,223.96 crore reported in Q4 FY26. Total income stood at Rs 1,516.34 crore, reflecting a 49.2 per cent YoY and 22.1 per cent QoQ increase.

Profit before tax (PBT) jumped to Rs 390.78 crore from Rs 75.30 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 418.9 per cent YoY growth, while increasing 450.3 per cent QoQ from Rs 71.02 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) surged to Rs 292.25 crore, compared with Rs 58.97 crore in the year-ago quarter, translating into a 395.6 per cent YoY growth. On a sequential basis, PAT increased 480.6 per cent from Rs 50.34 crore reported in Q4 FY26. Earnings per share (EPS) rose to Rs 42.63 from Rs 8.60 in Q1 FY26.

Business Segment Performance

The company's Petroleum Products segment remained the primary growth driver, generating segment revenue of Rs 1,482.45 crore, compared with Rs 982.71 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Segment profit before tax and finance costs increased sharply to Rs 373.38 crore from Rs 60.16 crore a year ago. Meanwhile, the Wind Power segment reported revenue of Rs 9.73 crore and segment profit of Rs 5.85 crore during the quarter.

Board Approves Joint Managing Director Appointment

Apart from approving the quarterly financial results, the Board also approved the appointment of Mr Siddharth G. Mehra as Joint Managing Director for a period of five years, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He currently serves as the company's Whole-time Director and succeeds upon completion of his existing term.
