Sindhu Trade Links Board Meeting Update

Sindhu Trade Links informed exchanges that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider multiple proposals, including acquisition-related matters.

The company stated that the Board will consider acquisition of equity shares of Advent Coal Resources Pte Ltd and Sainik Mining and Allied Services Ltd. The proposed transaction also includes related party transaction approvals and connected matters for acquisition of controlling interest in both companies.

According to the filing, the acquisition is proposed to be executed through allotment of equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares of Sindhu Trade Links on a preferential basis, subject to regulatory, statutory and stock exchange approvals.

Related Party Transaction Proposal

The Board will also consider proposed material related party transactions along with approval of draft notice for an Extraordinary General Meeting and enabling resolutions required under applicable regulations.

The company further informed that the trading window for dealing in securities by designated persons has been closed from May 19, 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of outcome of the Board meeting.
