The company's consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 24.49 per cent YoY to Rs 93.48 crore, compared with Rs 75.09 crore in Q1 FY26. The consolidated net profit margin stood at 7.30 per cent during the quarter.

Rs 14,636 Crore Order Book

Patel Engineering's order book stood at Rs 14,636 crore as of June 30, 2026, providing revenue visibility across key infrastructure sectors. The company also highlighted progress across several major projects during the quarter.

The Subansiri Lower Hydropower Project reached 1,000 MW operational capacity following the commissioning of Unit 4, while work also commenced on Unit 7. Meanwhile, concrete works at the Kwar Hydropower Project crossed 50 per cent completion, and Construction began at the 1,125 MW Dorjilung Hydropower Project in Bhutan.

FII Stake Increases

According to the latest June 2026 shareholding pattern, FII stake increased to 3.28 per cent, compared with 2.86 per cent in March 2026. This represents an increase of 42 basis points during the quarter.

Meanwhile, DII holding stood at 4.76 per cent in June 2026, compared with 6.17 per cent in March 2026. Promoter holding remained largely stable at 31.49 per cent, compared with 31.48 per cent in the previous quarter.

Vijay Kedia-Backed Holding

Kedia Securities Private Limited, associated with investor Vijay Kedia, held a 1.01 per cent stake in Patel Engineering as of June 2026. The holding remained unchanged at 1.01 per cent from the previous quarter, according to the shareholding pattern.
