The company announced that it and its subsidiaries have secured a series of orders aggregating from Indian Railways divisions, BFSI institutions, a global technology company, GAIL (India) Limited, PSU Banks and Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL).

Magellanic Cloud has reported a continuous flow of orders across its technology, e-surveillance and digital infrastructure businesses. The company stated that the orders secured within a relatively short period have strengthened its order pipeline, customer base and revenue visibility.

The order wins include projects from multiple Indian Railways divisions, GAIL, Punjab National Bank, DFCCIL, a global technology company and Manappuram Finance. The company said it expects to build further on this order momentum through the balance of FY27.

Railway Surveillance Orders

Magellanic Cloud's subsidiary Provigil has secured multiple railway surveillance projects during FY27. These include an Rs 8.21 crore project from Northwestern Railway on April 24, an Rs 3.44 crore AI-led e-surveillance project from Southeastern Railway on May 7, and an Rs 3.59 crore railway surveillance project from South-Western Railway on May 11.

The company subsequently secured an Rs 7.64 crore e-surveillance order from South Central Railway on May 29. On June 2, combined orders worth Rs 4.31 crore were secured from East Coast and South Western Railway, taking the railway Order Book beyond Rs 250 crore. Another Rs 3.13 crore railway surveillance order was secured from East Central Western Railway on June 20.

Further railway orders included Rs 6.25 crore from South Central Railway on July 6, another Rs 6.93 crore order from South Central Railway on July 13, and a Rs 12.13 crore railway surveillance project from Western Railway for the Ratlam Division on August 7.

Rs 18.4 Crore PNB Order and DFCCIL Contracts

On August 12, IVIS secured multiple purchase orders through NCR Corporation India Private Limited for e-surveillance across 1,000 Punjab National Bank ATM sites. The aggregate value of the contracts is approximately Rs 18.4 crore over five years, comprising both Capex and Opex components.

The company's subsidiary Provigil Surveillance Limited also received a Rs 3.73 crore Letter of Award from DFCCIL on August 13 for CCTV surveillance across the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor. The contract has a five-year Opex period covering surveillance system deployment and operations.

On August 18, Provigil Surveillance secured another Rs 8.90 crore order from DFCCIL for an IP-based CCTV surveillance system across various DFCCIL locations. This project will also be executed under a five-year Opex model.

Global Technology and GAIL Orders

On July 29, Motivity Labs, a subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, secured multiple purchase orders from a leading global technology company belonging to the MANGA group. The orders were worth approximately USD 1.21 million, equivalent to around Rs 11.62 crore at an exchange rate of Rs 96 per US dollar.

On July 30, Provigil secured an Rs 12.76 crore integrated e-surveillance order from GAIL (India) Limited, expanding the company's presence in critical infrastructure.
