Stocks to Watch Tomorrow
Fresh defence orders, a major pharma restructuring and a new government contract could keep BEL, Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Esconet Technologies in the spotlight on Tuesday.
✨ Key Takeaways
Indian equity benchmarks staged a strong recovery from sharp Intraday losses to end almost unchanged on Monday, July 13. Buying in information technology stocks helped offset concerns over rising crude oil prices and fresh geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
The market came under pressure in early trade after renewed conflict involving Iran and the United States raised fears of another disruption to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. The Nifty 50 opened more than 150 points lower and briefly slipped below the 24,000 mark.
However, sustained buying in heavyweight IT stocks helped the benchmark erase all its losses by the close. The Nifty 50 ended 4.10 points, or 0.02 per cent, higher at 24,211, extending its winning streak to three consecutive sessions. The Sensex also finished in positive territory, rising 47.01 points, or 0.06 per cent, to 77,616.40.
Against this backdrop, the following stocks are likely to remain in focus during Tuesday's trading session.
Bharat Electronics Ltd secured additional orders worth Rs 572 crore since its last disclosure on June 22, 2026.
The fresh orders include communication equipment, avionics, encryptors, tank sub-systems, electronic voting machines (EVMs), batteries, components, upgrades, spares and maintenance services. The order inflow further strengthens the company's execution pipeline and reflects continued demand from the Defence sector.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the consolidation of its shareholding in Gennova Biopharmaceuticals Ltd as part of its strategy to strengthen its biologics and biosimilars business. The company will acquire the remaining 12.05 per cent minority stake in Gennova from Dr Sanjay Singh and other shareholders, increasing its ownership to 100 per cent. Following the transaction, Gennova will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Emcure.
The company also announced a leadership transition at Gennova as it sharpens its focus on expanding its presence in the biologics segment.
3. Esconet Technologies Ltd
Esconet Technologies Ltd has received a new order from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).
The contract, valued at around Rs 25.74 crore, is for the supply of hardware components. The order is expected to strengthen the company's Order Book and highlights its growing presence in government-backed technology projects.
