1. Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd

Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd informed exchanges that it has signed a framework agreement with Aegis Logistics Ltd on August 6, 2026, for the Construction and development of an additional refrigerated propane storage facility at its terminal located at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA).

The proposed project includes a refrigerated double steel wall, full containment, insulated storage tank with a capacity of 51,998 metric tonnes, along with allied infrastructure. The expansion is aimed at strengthening the company's LPG storage and handling capabilities at the terminal.

2. J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd

J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Karnataka Housing Board for the construction of an international cricket stadium and allied infrastructure in Bengaluru.

The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-I model at Suryanagara 4th Phase KHB Layout, Indlawadi Village, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban district. The total contract value stands at Rs 990.16 crore, excluding GST. The order further strengthens the company's Order Book and expands its presence in large-scale public infrastructure projects.

3. Coal India Ltd

Coal India Ltd has emerged as the preferred bidder for the Gadadharpur Iron Ore Block in Kendujhar district of Odisha. According to the company's exchange filing, the mining lease has been awarded by the Government of Odisha through the auction route. Coal India will pay an auction premium of 114.05 per cent of the value of mineral dispatched.

The Gadadharpur block is a G3 exploration stage iron ore asset. As per the terms of the auction, the company has up to one year to fulfil conditions required to become the successful bidder, while the mining lease deed is to be executed within three years. The development marks another step in Coal India's strategy to diversify beyond coal mining and strengthen its presence in the mineral resources segment.
