Stocks to Watch Tomorrow
A proposed 60% stake acquisition, a ₹250 crore expansion plan and a ₹40.92 crore order could put these three stocks under the spotlight on Friday.
✨ Key Takeaways
Indian benchmark indices ended mixed on Thursday, August 13, as investors remained cautious amid elevated crude oil prices, uncertainty around U.S.-Iran peace efforts and the ongoing Q1 FY27 earnings season.

DCW Ltd has announced a strategic investment programme of approximately ₹250 crore as part of the first phase of its next growth cycle. As part of the expansion, DCW plans to increase its SIOP production capacity by 50 per cent, from around 30,000 tonnes per annum to 45,000 tonnes per annum. The expansion will be carried out in phases. The investment comes after the company recorded its highest-ever SIOP sales volumes in FY26, with the business operating at effectively full capacity. DCW expects the additional capacity to support growth in both domestic and international markets.
