Patel Retail Revenue Rises 69.7 per cent YoY

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 309.54 crore for Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 182.45 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 69.7 per cent year-on-year growth. The strong revenue performance was supported by continued momentum across its retail business.

EBITDA increased 23.9 per cent YoY to Rs 19.67 crore from Rs 15.87 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit Before Tax also rose 38.3 per cent to Rs 12.82 crore from Rs 9.27 crore in the corresponding quarter. Earnings per share stood at Rs 2.85 for the quarter.

Patel Retail follows an integrated retail and food processing model with operations spanning Maharashtra and Gujarat. Its food processing facilities are located in Dudhai, Kutch, Gujarat, while the company also operates a distribution and packing facility at Ambarnath MIDC.

The company also exports its products to more than 25 countries, providing it with exposure to international markets alongside its domestic retail operations.

Alongside the financial results, the Board approved the notice for the company's 19th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 23, 2026 through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.
