HCL Technologies Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.45 per cent to trade at Rs 1,125.50 apiece. HCL Technologies Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with a Europe-headquartered Fortune Global 50 firm to build an AI-driven operating model for transforming and managing its global digital workplace and enterprise networks. The agreement, starting from July 2026 to December 2031 with a possible 5-year extension, is valued at around US $ 1.14 billion for the initial term.
