HOAC Foods FY26 Performance

HOAC Foods reported consolidated total income of Rs 50.49 crore in FY26 as against Rs 26.64 crore reported in FY25, registering a sharp growth of around 89.5 per cent YoY. Profit before Tax stood at Rs 6.06 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 3.47 crore reported in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of around 74.7 per cent YoY.

Net profit for FY26 came in at Rs 4.41 crore as against Rs 2.49 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 77.2 per cent YoY. Earnings per share stood at Rs 10.46 during FY26 compared to Rs 6.76 reported in the previous financial year.

The company reported EBITDA of around Rs 7.31 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 4.25 crore reported in FY25, while EBITDA margin stood at 14.48 per cent during the year.

H2FY26 Performance

For H2FY26, total income stood at Rs 28.65 crore compared to Rs 15.55 crore reported in the corresponding period previous year, reflecting a growth of around 84.3 per cent YoY. Profit before tax came in at Rs 3.41 crore during H2FY26 compared to Rs 2.12 crore reported in the year-ago period.

Net profit during the period stood at Rs 2.46 crore as against Rs 1.48 crore reported in the corresponding period previous year, registering a growth of around 66.2 per cent YoY. EBITDA for H2FY26 stood at around Rs 4 crore.

Operational Highlights

The company stated that FY26 remained a transformational year supported by stronger distribution network, retail expansion, export execution and increasing demand across its FMCG product portfolio.

HOAC Foods expanded its distribution presence across North Delhi and improved penetration in general trade channels. The company also operationalised export warehouse infrastructure in Delhi and executed shipments to international markets including the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

The company further stated that it is progressing with plans for a mega manufacturing facility in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. Alongside this, HOAC Foods continued expansion of company-owned outlets and franchise presence across Delhi NCR under the Hariom Atta & Spices brand.
