Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has secured a significant one-time international order for the supply of 150 MW of solar modules. Announced on February 4, 2026, the contract was awarded by a prominent global solar power developer and Independent Power Producer. Under the terms of the agreement, the delivery of these modules is scheduled to take place across 2026 and 2027, marking a notable addition to the company's export portfolio and its operational footprint in the American renewable energy market.
