Zaggle Q4FY26 Results

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 618 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 412 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a growth of around 50 per cent YoY.

Total income stood at Rs 626 crore during the quarter compared to Rs 425 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Profit before Tax came in at Rs 54 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 41 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a growth of around 32 per cent YoY.

Profit after tax stood at Rs 41 crore during Q4FY26 compared to Rs 31 crore reported in the year-ago quarter, registering a growth of around 30 per cent YoY. Total comprehensive income came in at Rs 41 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 31 crore reported in Q4FY25 and Rs 37 crore reported in Q3FY26.

Zaggle FY26 Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Zaggle reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,908 crore as against Rs 1,304 crore reported in FY25, registering a strong growth of around 46 per cent YoY.

Consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 185 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 118 crore reported in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of around 56 per cent YoY.

The company stated that all revenues during FY26 were generated from domestic operations in India.

Segment-Wise Revenue Breakdown

During FY26, program fee revenue stood at Rs 752 crore. Revenue from Propel platform and gift cards business came in at Rs 1,107 crore, while platform fee, SaaS and service fee revenue stood at Rs 48 crore.

Key Business Developments

During FY26, Zaggle completed acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding in Rivpe Technology Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Omnicash Fintech Private Limited also became a step-down wholly owned subsidiary following the transaction.

The company also completed acquisition of Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited in phases during FY26, resulting in the company becoming a wholly owned subsidiary by December 2025.

Zaggle incorporated Zaggle Payments IFSC Limited in GIFT City, Gujarat, to support SaaS-based spend management solutions and global cross-border payment capabilities.

Subsequent to the financial year-end, the Board approved acquisition of assets from Dice Enterprises Private Limited, including software, databases, contracts and intellectual property assets in the spend management segment, for around Rs 67.90 crore plus applicable taxes.
