Pavna Industries Ltd informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results, accompanied by the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board will also address any other miscellaneous business matters as required.
