Reliance Industries Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations increased 25.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 3,11,850 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 2,48,660 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Including other income, total income rose to Rs 3,18,400 crore from Rs 2,63,779 crore, registering a growth of 20.7 per cent YoY.
The company's profit before Tax stood at Rs 30,630 crore, compared with Rs 37,146 crore in Q1 FY26, while profit after tax declined to Rs 23,001 crore from Rs 30,681 crore.
Profit attributable to owners of the company came in at Rs 20,946 crore, down 22.4 per cent YoY from Rs 26,994 crore in the year-ago quarter. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) stood at Rs 15.48 for the quarter.

Reliance Industries Segment Performance
Reliance continued to witness broad-based growth across its major businesses during the quarter.
The Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) segment reported revenue of Rs 2,01,803 crore, while the Retail business generated Rs 90,409 crore in revenue. The Digital Services segment contributed Rs 46,900 crore, and the Oil & Gas business reported revenue of Rs 6,298 crore, reflecting the group's diversified business model.
Financial Position
As of June 30, 2026, Reliance reported a net worth of Rs 8,80,365 crore. The group's debt-to-equity ratio remained comfortable at 0.40, while the current ratio stood at 1.07. Total outstanding non-convertible debentures amounted to Rs 27,389 crore, of which Rs 20,000 crore were secured debentures.
