Download Service BrochureEBITDA increased to Rs 27 crore from Rs 18 crore in the year-ago quarter, marking a 47 per cent YoY increase. Profit after tax rose to Rs 16 crore from Rs 10 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 59 per cent YoY growth. The company's EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 6.87.

Flexible Packaging Division Records 33 per cent Volume Growth
The Flexible Packaging division recorded a sales volume of 4,980 MT during the quarter, compared with 3,751 MT in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. This represents a 33 per cent YoY increase.
Export sales volume increased sharply to 1,468 MT, registering a 195 per cent YoY growth. To meet rising demand for export orders, the company has undertaken an expansion plan to double the division's production capacity by March 2027.
PVC Pipes and Fittings Division Sees Volume Decline
The PVC Pipes & Fittings division recorded a sales volume of 11,421 MT in Q1 FY27, compared with 14,115 MT in the corresponding quarter of FY26.
The company stated that volumes were affected during the first half of the quarter due to the West Asia war crisis, which resulted in a steep increase in PVC resin prices and impacted demand for PVC pipes and fittings. According to the company, resin prices stabilised from June onwards, following which demand for PVC pipes and fittings revived.
Prakash Pipes Shareholding Pattern
Prakash Pipes shareholding pattern shows that FII holding increased to 0.86 per cent in June 2026 from 0.43 per cent in March 2026, effectively doubling during the quarter. DII holding also increased to 0.03 per cent from 0.01 per cent over the same period. Meanwhile, promoter holding remained stable at 44.50 per cent, compared with 44.50 per cent in March 2026. Among key investors, Mukul Mahavir Agrawal continued to hold a 2.36 per cent stake in the company as of June 2026, unchanged from the previous quarter.
