Q1 FY27 PAT Jumps Over 4 Times
Mach Travel Solutions reported EBITDA, including other income, of Rs 8.92 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 1.66 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 436.61 per cent YoY increase. EBITDA margin stood at 6.09 per cent compared with 7.17 per cent in the corresponding quarter. PAT increased from Rs 1.52 crore to Rs 6.17 crore, marking a 306.72 per cent YoY growth, which translates into more than a four-fold increase in quarterly profit. EPS also increased 300 per cent YoY to Rs 2.92 from Rs 0.73.

Mach Travel Solutions said it has started disclosing GMV from Q1 FY27 to provide greater visibility into the scale of travel transactions handled across its diversified business verticals.
Diversified Travel Business Drives Growth
The company continued its transition from a predominantly MICE-focused organisation into a technology-enabled Travel Solutions Platform covering Corporate Travel, MICE, B2B, Leisure and Government & Institutional Projects. It is also developing a B2C Online Travel Agency platform.
During the quarter, Mach Travel Solutions continued executing the Punjab Yatra programme, valued at approximately Rs 92 crore and covering around 1.85 lakh yatris. The company also completed MICE programme wins across Oceania worth approximately Rs 32 crore, covering around 950 to 1,000 delegates.
Corporate Travel Business Expands
The company continued scaling its Corporate Travel Management business through long-term enterprise agreements and onboarded more than 100 clients since April 2026. According to the company, its Corporate Travel, B2B, Leisure and Government & Institutional Projects businesses are progressively broadening the revenue mix, with an increasing focus on repeat, recurring and long-duration opportunities.

Mach Travel Solutions has also strengthened its technology-enabled Corporate Travel offering through its Corporate Self Booking Tool, which includes search and planning, booking, multi-level approval workflows, robotic ticketing, auto invoicing and reporting and MIS capabilities.
Strong Pipeline and Pan-India Presence
The company has continued expanding its presence across Noida, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar, alongside its growing international MICE execution footprint. It is also continuing to invest in the development of its B2C OTA platform.
Mach Travel Solutions said the foundations of its diversified travel platform are now substantially in place, with the focus shifting towards scaling individual business verticals, deeper technology integration and cross-selling opportunities. The company also highlighted a strong pipeline across its key business verticals, providing visibility for the coming quarters.

Commenting on the performance, Amit Bhatia, Chairman and Managing Director of Mach Travel Solutions, said the company's transformation from a predominantly MICE-focused business into a diversified technology-enabled Travel Solutions Platform is beginning to translate into financial performance and a more diversified revenue profile.
The company reported that Q1 FY27 revenue grew 538.06 per cent YoY to Rs 144.33 crore and said it expects the growth trajectory to continue into Q2 FY27.
