Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
Mold-Tek Technologies reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 59.54 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 33.29 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a 78.9 per cent year-on-year growth. Total income increased 74.7 per cent YoY to Rs 61.60 crore from Rs 35.26 crore.

Profit before tax (PBT) surged to Rs 12.45 crore from Rs 0.81 crore in Q1 FY26, while profit after tax (PAT) jumped to Rs 9.00 crore from Rs 0.68 crore, registering a 1,215.1 per cent year-on-year increase, or nearly 13 times growth. Earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs 3.13 from Rs 0.24 in the year-ago period.
The company's EBITDA increased to Rs 13.91 crore from Rs 2.44 crore in Q1 FY26, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 23 per cent from 7 per cent, reflecting significant operating leverage and improved execution.
Management Commentary
Commenting on the results, J. Lakshmana Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, said the company has started FY27 on a very strong note by delivering the highest quarterly revenue, EBITDA and profit after tax in its history. He attributed the performance to business diversification, operational excellence, improved project execution, stronger order inflows and higher resource utilisation.
He further stated that the successful integration of Beryl Project Engineering LLC has expanded the company's engineering capabilities into residential engineering, permit engineering, plan review and building inspection services, strengthening its presence in the U.S. market
Business Outlook
The company said its order pipeline remains robust across both the Civil & Structural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering businesses. During the quarter, the Civil & Structural division's Work-on-Hand (WOH) increased from USD 3.5 million to USD 4.5 million, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming quarters.
Additionally, Beryl Project Engineering LLC secured a USD 1 million Master Purchase Order from Hillsburg County, which is expected to contribute to revenues from the second quarter onward. The company has also initiated expansion into additional U.S. states and is evaluating another acquisition in the structural engineering and design segment to strengthen its long-term growth strategy.
