Cyient Q4FY26 Results: QoQ and YoY Performance

On a QoQ basis, revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,926.9 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 1,848.5 crore in Q3FY26, reflecting a growth of around 4.2 per cent QoQ. Profit after Tax (PAT) declined to Rs 65.5 crore from Rs 97.2 crore in the previous quarter, down 32.6 per cent QoQ.

On a YoY basis, revenue remained largely stable at Rs 1,926.9 crore compared to Rs 1,909.2 crore in Q4FY25, up around 0.9 per cent YoY. Profit after tax declined sharply to Rs 65.5 crore from Rs 186.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, down 64.8 per cent YoY.

Cyient FY26 Annual Performance

For the full financial year FY26, revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,268.2 crore compared to Rs 7,360.1 crore in FY25, reflecting a marginal decline of around 1.2 per cent YoY.

Profit after tax for the year declined to Rs 463.0 crore from Rs 648.1 crore in FY25, down 28.6 per cent YoY.

Margins and Profitability

Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 95.0 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 139.3 crore in Q3FY26. The company reported an exceptional loss of Rs 71.2 crore during the quarter, which impacted profitability.

Segment Performance and Capital Allocation Update

The Digital, Engineering & Technology (DET) segment remained the largest contributor with revenue of Rs 1,499.6 crore, followed by Design Led Manufacturing (DLM) at Rs 369.1 crore and Semiconductors at Rs 65.8 crore during the quarter. The Board of Directors has approved a share buyback of up to 64,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 1,125 per share, aggregating to Rs 720 crore. The company has not recommended any final Dividend for FY26.
