Patanjali Foods reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 11,337.45 crore in Q1 FY27 compared with Rs 8,766.03 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a growth of 29.33 per cent YoY. Revenue also increased 1.63 per cent sequentially from Rs 11,155.60 crore in Q4 FY26. Consolidated total income stood at Rs 11,341.89 crore compared with Rs 8,779.02 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing growth of approximately 29.19 per cent YoY.

Consolidated profit before exceptional items and Tax increased to Rs 453.22 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 248.57 crore in Q1 FY26, registering growth of approximately 82.43 per cent YoY. Profit before tax stood at Rs 453.22 crore compared with Rs 248.57 crore a year earlier. After accounting for tax expenses, consolidated profit after tax increased to Rs 335.73 crore from Rs 180.36 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a growth of approximately 86.14 per cent YoY.

Edible Oils and FMCG Drive Growth

The edible oils segment reported revenue of Rs 8,504.72 crore in Q1 FY27, rising 27.28 per cent YoY and 2.17 per cent QoQ. Segment profit before finance costs and tax increased to Rs 412.20 crore from Rs 82.11 crore in Q1 FY26. The company reported edible oils EBITDA of Rs 443.87 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 5.22 per cent.

The FMCG segment generated revenue of Rs 2,937.75 crore, registering growth of 35.39 per cent YoY. The segment generated EBITDA of Rs 189.52 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 6.45 per cent. FMCG contributed 25.65 per cent to revenues excluding inter-segment revenue and 29.56 per cent to consolidated EBITDA excluding unallocable income.

Within FMCG, the biscuits division reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 560.14 crore, up 27.33 per cent YoY and 17.21 per cent QoQ. Consumer staples generated revenue of more than Rs 1,000 crore, while Nutrela reported revenue of Rs 159.55 crore, with textured soya product sales increasing 14.31 per cent YoY and 49.97 per cent QoQ.

The Home and Personal Care category generated revenue of Rs 629.16 crore during the quarter. Dental Care revenue stood at Rs 325.42 crore, up 13.82 per cent YoY, while Skin Care revenue increased 21.81 per cent YoY to Rs 164.82 crore. Home Care generated Rs 82.98 crore, while Hair Care and other products contributed Rs 55.95 crore.

Dividend Declared

The Board declared a 3rd interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share for FY25-26 and a 1st interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per equity share for FY26-27. Both dividends are on equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each. The record date has been fixed as August 21, 2026, with payment to be made on or before September 12, 2026.

Oil Palm Plantation Area

As of June 30, 2026, the company's oil palm plantation area under cultivation stood at 1,15,861 hectares, with nearly 37 per cent of the area in the prime yielding phase of 7 to 25 years. The total allocated area stood at 6.63 lakh hectares.

Patanjali Foods is present across edible oils, FMCG and wind power generation, with brands including Patanjali, Ruchi Gold, Nutrela, Dant Kanti, Mahakosh and Sunrich. During the quarter, the company also expanded its product portfolio with launches including Rose Kanti Soap, Dant Kanti Sensitive Toothpaste, Super Dishwash Liquid, Sweet Lemon Pickle, Almond Cookies and Chyawanprash Cookies.
