Consolidated total income stood at Rs 10.44 crore, compared with Rs 8.57 crore in Q1 FY26, while total expenses increased to Rs 10.42 crore from Rs 8.12 crore in the year-ago quarter. The financial results in the filing are reported in lakhs, except for earnings per share.

Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 70.49 lakh in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 52.82 lakh in Q1 FY26, registering a 33.46 per cent YoY growth. The company reported no profit from discontinued operations during Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 20.52 lakh in Q1 FY26.

Automotive Segment Performance
The company's consolidated segment information showed that the automotive segment generated revenue of Rs 10.33 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 8.36 crore in Q1 FY26. Segment EBITDA stood at Rs 81 lakh, against Rs 131.75 lakh in the corresponding quarter, while segment EBIT stood at Rs 34.58 lakh, compared with Rs 82.22 lakh a year earlier.
The company had reported revenue of Rs 1.66 crore from discontinued operations in Q1 FY26, while no revenue was reported from discontinued operations in Q1 FY27. The result from discontinued operations stood at Rs 20.52 lakh in Q1 FY26, compared with nil in the latest quarter.
The stock is currently trading at Rs 106, close to its 52-week low of Rs 104, while its 52-week high stands at Rs 500. At the current price, the stock is around 78.8 per cent below its 52-week high.
